HYPOALLERGENIC* SILVER-FINISH METAL is made of stainless steel (suitable for sensitive skin. It's fade/rust resistant).

*Please note, hypoallergenic means that it's the least likely to cause reaction. It's not 100% guaranteed.

Contact me if you have metal-sensitivities! You can return my jewellery unless it's earrings, custom-made or from the "Sale" section.

Remove jewellery when washing hands, showering or excercising as moisture and water accelerate the tarnishing of metals and can also damage the surface of gemstones (specially pearls).

Keep away from alcohol, perfumes and lotions, as these will damage the finishing.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.

Store away in cool, closed containers, away from moisture and direct sunlight.

IF YOU BUY JEWELLERY AND COTTON T-SHIRTS/SWEATSHIRTS IN THE SAME ORDER, THEY'LL COME IN SEPARATE PARCELS. This is because these garments are printed to order and sent by the printing company.

Preordered items will be dispatched on the estimated date provided. If delays occur, you’ll be notified via email.

If your order includes both preorder and non-preorder items, I’ll ship everything together once the preorder is ready (excludes cotton t-shirts/sweatshirts).

RETURNS:

RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE WELCOME EXCEPT FOR earrings, reduced, giftcards OR items paid with giftcards.

Please double-check your shipping address! I cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and unused.

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE. If you send via untracked shipping, please keep proof of postage as I cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.
